Setup: <\/b> Arrange cones in a straight line, spacing them about 3-4 feet apart. <\/p>\n
Drill: <\/b> <\/p>\n\n- Start at one end of the cones and dribble towards the first cone using your right hand.<\/li>\n
- As you reach the cone, touch the top of it with your left hand while maintaining control of the basketball.<\/li>\n
- Dribble back to the starting point using your left hand, touching each cone with your right hand as you go.<\/li>\n
- Repeat this process, gradually increasing your speed and focusing on keeping your head up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
