Sprint to the first cone, perform a 90-degree turn to the second cone, sprint to the third cone, and backpedal to the start. <\/p>\n c) Z-Drill: <\/strong> Place three cones in a zigzag pattern. Sprint to the first cone, perform a 45-degree cut to the second cone, sprint to the third cone, and backpedal to the start. <\/p>\n
